Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate your travel arrangements and bookings and to arrange travel related services and/or products on your behalf. We may collect details such as your name, residential/mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit/debit card details (including card type, card number, security number and expiry date), passport details, information about your dietary requirements and health issues (if any), and other details relevant to your travel arrangements or required by the relevant travel service provider(s) (e.g. airlines and accommodation or tour providers). If you are making a reservation for traveller(s) other than yourself, please ensure that they agree to you providing us with their personal information.

We also collect information that is required for use in the business activities of Flight Centre and our related entities, including for example, financial details necessary in order to process various transactions, video surveillance footage used for security purposes, and other relevant personal information you may elect to provide to us.
  3. The credit card information for payment is sent directly to verified credit merchant service via secure online connection. To be compliant with PCI security standard, we do not collect/store your personal credit card info locally without credit card holder’s signed consent.
  4. In order to optimize and offer more and better products, our website uses cookies (Cookies are small digital identifiers transfer to your local computer storage through Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser) for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website. Also, cookies may be used to track daily visits for individual webpage and tour product viewing to help provide new and better products. The data collected is strictly for website traffic analysis and product optimization purpose. This info will not be shared with any other parties.

Th information you provided will be used to book your flight and hotel accommodation. Besides this, some secondary uses of collected information are:

  • regulatory reporting and compliance
  • developing and improving our products and services and those of our related entities
  • servicing our relationship with you by, among other things, creating and maintaining a customer profile to enable our brands to serve you better or presenting options on our website we think may interest you based on your browsing and preferences

What are your rights?

  • You can confirm with us anytime that your data is being processed
